The Opportunity:

As the Office Administrator, you'll be the friendly face and welcoming voice greeting visitors and answering calls to support the day-to-day operations of the office, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for employees, clients, and guests alike. Requirements
  • Welcome visitors and create a warm, professional first impression
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and office correspondence
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation
  • Book meeting rooms and assist with office logistics
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception and common areas
  • Create and maintain electronic and paper files
  • Prepare meeting minutes and administrative documentation
  • Support project teams with document control and administrative tasks
  • Assist with office equipment coordination and general office operations
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service, or office support
  • Post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related field considered an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning new software and office systems
  • Professional presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive, friendly, and approachable personality
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism

  • Salary: $48,000-$50,000 annually, depending on experience
