Intact is building its National Claims Learning & Development team and requires a Senior Training Consultant to lead critical training initiatives. This role calls for professionals with substantial experience in commercial property claims who can create impactful learning programs. The position requires strong communication and organization skills to drive successful training implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and delivery of Commercial Property training programs

• Create relevant training content reflecting best practices

• Facilitate onboarding and continuous education for adjusters

• Collaborate with Claims Leaders to define training priorities

• Use feedback and assessments to measure training success

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Property claims

• Technical expertise in claim management

• Ability to create clear and effective training materials

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Bilingual English/French is an advantage
