As a Medical Communications Officer, you will serve as a dispatcher, ensuring callers receive vital information and direction to appropriate agencies. Accuracy and composure are key in this fast-paced environment as you follow established protocols and work with colleagues to maintain service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the initial contact for incoming emergency calls

• Process service requests swiftly and accurately

• Provide clear pre-arrival and post-dispatch instructions

• Keep workspace clean and organized

• Complete reports and paperwork on time

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education needed

• First Aid/CPR certification required

• Experience in shift work is an asset

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Bilingual skills are a plus
