Become a key player at ADP as an experienced Payroll Specialist in the Human Resources Outsourcing department. You'll manage payroll functions and resolve client inquiries while driving continuous learning.
This role requires expertise in payroll processing and client services, focusing on proactive solutions and metric-driven results. You’ll manage payrolls, provide statutory information, and engage in problem-solving with multiple departments. Continuous development is encouraged with required departmental training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client payroll and audit functions for multiple clients
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for statutory payroll information
• Problem-solve with internal support and departments
• Oversee payroll scheduling and compliance with deadlines
• Maintain NPI designation and engage in continuous training
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of Canadian payroll processing experience
• Minimum 5 years of client service experience
• Proficient with MS Office applications
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong client service orientation
Utilize your payroll expertise and client service skills to support ADP's diverse client base effectively.
