Position Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst
, you’ll be at the center of our financial operations—ensuring accuracy, driving efficiency, and building lasting partnerships that keep our business moving forward. What You’ll Do
  • Take charge of customer relationships: Proactively engage with clients to ensure timely payments and foster positive, solution-focused partnerships.
  • Reconcile with precision: Dive into complex account reconciliations to resolve short payments, over payments, and lingering discrepancies.
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner with Billing, Pricing, and Operations to fix invoice issues, correct rating errors, and align on contract details.
  • Drive improvement: Analyze payment trends, uncover the “why” behind delays, and recommend smarter, faster processes.
  • Champion cash flow: Work with internal teams to minimize disputes and enhance financial performance.
  • Be the problem-solver: Tackle challenges head-on, prevent repeat issues, and make a tangible impact on our bottom line.
  • Keep it clean and clear: Maintain thorough, accurate records of all interactions and resolutions.
What You Bring
  • Experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable
    , ideally within transportation, logistics, or a related industry
    .
  • Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
    —you know how to dig into data and find the story behind the numbers.
  • A problem-solving mindset and natural curiosity—you don’t just identify issues, you fix them.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to connect with customers and internal partners.
  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and beyond).
