Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and looking to build your career in the financial services industry? We're seeking a Pension Analyst to support the accurate administration of retirement plans in a fast-paced office environment. In this role, you will process employer and member contributions, balance receipts, process fund transfers and withdrawals, maintain confidential records, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
You will also assist with workflow tracking, transaction reporting, and special projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service.
- Monday to Friday schedule (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
- Business casual dress code (denim permitted)
- Bus accessible location with on-site parking
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements: A verified clear criminal background check is required. Applicants must have post‑secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, along with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Candidates must be highly detail‑oriented and comfortable handling confidential financial information while maintaining accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry, as well as knowledge of AML/KYC procedures, is considered an asset.
