We are looking for a motivated and organized HR professional to support our client's team with administrative and coordination tasks in the Beechville area.

What We Offer:

  • $20-$25 per hour

  • Full Time Contract

  • Monday - Friday 830am-530pm

  • What You'll Do:

  • Assist with recruitment and hiring, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR systems
  • Assist with timekeeping, payroll support, and benefits administration
  • Respond to basic employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Help coordinate training sessions and employee programs
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, reports, and forms
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • What We're Looking For:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently enrolled)
  • Previous administrative, office, or HR experience is an asset
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Eager to learn with a positive, professional attitude
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
