The General Manager plays a critical role in strengthening branch performance while ensuring alignment with Bath Fitter’s mission, values, and long-term growth strategy.
What you’ll be doing :- Own and drive regional P&L performance, ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, sales, and installation targets.
- Lead disciplined KPI management (Closing %, Install Budget, Lead-to-Estimate conversion, ADL) to improve overall branch financial health.
- Analyze performance trends, identify gaps, and implement data‑driven action plans to solve operational and financial challenges.
- Coach and develop Branch Leaders and Business Coaches to elevate leadership capability, accountability, and results.
- Conduct regular one-on-one performance conversations and facilitate weekly and monthly regional performance calls.
- Foster a high-performance culture centered on ownership, continuous improvement, and recognition.
- Drive consistent execution of company standards, operational best practices, and strategic priorities.
- Support leadership development, succession planning, and regional hiring efforts.
- Strengthen client relationships by ensuring service excellence and resolving escalated concerns.
- Act as a proactive problem-solver and change agent in a fast-moving environment.
- Promote strong communication, collaboration, and alignment with company mission, vision, and values.
- Ensure consistent execution of operational standards and company best practices.
The General Manager role requires a proven operations leader with strong financial ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of multi‑site or branch leadership experience with full P&L accountability and a demonstrated track record of driving profitable growth. You have successfully led operational performance in retail or service environments, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to deliver measurable results.
You are a strong people leader who has coached and developed managers, built high‑performing teams, and created a culture centered on accountability and continuous improvement. Your leadership style balances high expectations with emotional intelligence, allowing you to influence at all levels of the organization while maintaining strong team engagement. Self‑motivated and performance‑driven, you thrive in an entrepreneurial setting where ownership, adaptability, and change leadership are essential.
Regular travel between locations is expected to maintain visibility, alignment, and sustained regional performance. This role is ideal for a results‑driven leader who combines analytical strength, operational discipline, and strong people leadership to build teams that consistently exceed expectations.
