Dartmouth Yacht Club is seeking an energetic General Manager to lead its daily operations in Dartmouth, NS. This role encompasses financial management, leadership, and member engagement.

As the General Manager, you will oversee operations, including the marina, boatyard, and Junior Sailing Program while ensuring a positive workplace culture. Your expertise in financial management will be essential, as you will prepare budgets and monitor cash flow. You'll also be responsible for enhancing member experiences and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of the Club and marina

• Manage annual budgets and financial reporting

• Build relationships with members and stakeholders

• Oversee the Junior Sailing Program’s success

• Plan and execute Club events and activities

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of management experience

• Strong financial management and budget skills

• Quick Books or similar accounting software knowledge

• Proven leadership and communication skills

• Experience with event planning and volunteer organizations
