PPG Territory Sales Manager - Light Industrial Coatings

Become a Territory Sales Manager at PPG and lead the charge in developing the Light Industrial Coatings business across Eastern Quebec and Atlantic Canada. This role demands sales expertise and knowledge of the coatings industry.

You will work closely with Territory Managers and partners as you report to the Sr. Regional Sales Manager. Your focus will be on account maintenance, managing sales channels, and enhancing distributor performance. A critical part of your success will involve training, developing, and implementing sales strategies alongside partners within the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales across direct and distributor channels

• Train and support distributors to optimize their capabilities

• Collaborate on joint customer interactions and sales strategies

• Leverage CRM tools for effective customer engagement

• Monitor competitors and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent sales experience

• At least 2 years in commercial territory management

• Required coatings or paint experience

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Must travel 50% within the territory
