Product Support Representative- Material Handling

Opportunity

Prospect and source new customer opportunities within the defined territory through the development of a Strategic Prospecting Plan. Obtain extensive knowledge of Wajax’s Product Offerings to provide expert advice and product solutions for client needs.

• Manage customer satisfaction with existing territory customers.
• Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Attend to phone inquiries and demands from established and prospective clients.
• Meet and exceed all established sales targets as determined monthly or annually.
• Assist in the creation and submission of bids for national customer opportunities.
• Liaise with manufacturers, in‑house departments and other suppliers to determine status of orders and compliance to delivery times.

• Education:
  
  College diploma or post‑secondary education.
• Work experience:
  
  2‑3 years related experience in sales, marketing or equivalent business experience.
• Knowledge:
  Knowledge of heavy equipment is an asset; familiarity with the IMPACT selling process; valid driver’s licence.
• Proficiency:
  Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
