• Guiding customers through every step of their vehicle purchasing journey while creating exceptional experiences built on trust, professionalism, and outstanding service.
• Building lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Conducting vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Guiding customers through vehicle selection, trade evaluations, and purchase decisions.
• Introducing financing, protection products, and ownership options alongside the Finance Team.
• Following up with customers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Managing leads and customer information using CRM technology.
• Promoting the Mitsubishi brand through networking, community involvement, and social media.
• Supporting dealership events, marketing initiatives, and showroom presentation.
• Working closely with the Finance, Service, Parts, and Administration teams.

• A positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve personal and team goals.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right individual with the right attitude and desire to succeed.
