Responsibilities
The successful candidate will ensure that the highest standard of system reliability and client satisfaction are metPerform verifications on fire alarm systemsComplete work orders and report in a timely fashionOn-call for emergency service calls/workAct as liaison between customer & TroyOther duties as assignedQualifications
CFAA Registration is requiredTwo years of community college in electronics is desired, or equivalent training or work experience will be an assetPrevious training/experience in fire alarm systems (2+ years)Experience in performing fire alarm, extinguisher, and emergency lighting inspections.Troubleshooting and service experience an assetProficient in the use of computersMust possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving recordExceptional customer service skills and organizational skillsUnderstand and practice applicable ULC, CSA and CanadianElectrical codes and standards which apply to their areaWhat we offer:
