Field- HVAC Digital Technician

Position: Field-Based HVAC Digital Technician
Elevate HVAC systems with Trane Technologies as a Field-Based HVAC Digital Services Technician. You’ll commission, program, and maintain HVAC controls, delivering vital support to customers.

As a key technician, you will manage and optimize air conditioning and chiller systems through commissioning and programming tasks. With a focus on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, your role includes training customers on system operation and digital features. Travel to customer sites is expected, along with potential overnight stays, ensuring top-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commission and program HVAC control systems

• Diagnose issues using hand tools and technical drawings

• Perform preventive maintenance and modifications

• Act as primary contact, providing training to customers

• Document work done and materials used

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or 5+ years of HVAC experience

• Strong communication and reasoning abilities

• Valid driver’s license required

• Ability to lift up to 40lbs routinely

• Willingness to work in various conditions
