Position: Apprentice Electrician for Commercial Projects
Join Lakeview Electric as a 3rd to 4th Year Apprentice Electrician, focusing on large-scale commercial projects. Bring your experience in electrical systems and installation to our dedicated team.

We are looking for motivated individuals with experience in multi-unit residential or commercial settings. You will assist in the installation of electrical systems and troubleshoot issues, ensuring projects comply with safety standards and electrical codes. This role requires the ability to read blueprints and provide material lists while collaborating with senior electricians and foreman on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bend and install EMT conduit as needed

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

• Assist with transformer wiring and distribution installation

• Troubleshoot wiring issues and test systems

• Ensure compliance with safety and electrical codes

Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial settings

• Safety certifications like WHMIS and First Aid

• Able to work in adverse weather conditions

• Experience with lifting and working at heights

• Solar work experience is an asset
