As a Roofer with 2-3 years of experience, you will handle diverse roofing tasks, including installation and repair of different types of roofs. This role requires the ability to work long hours and travel to multiple sites while demonstrating dependability and strong communication skills among the team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair various roofing systems, including asphalt and metal

• Supervise and train apprentices to enhance skills

• Estimate costs and manage materials for roofing projects

• Apply waterproof coatings on masonry surfaces

• Read blueprints and specifications for precise installations

Requirements:

• High school graduation certificate required

• Minimum 2 years of roofing experience

• Willingness to travel and adapt to various work conditions

• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork
