At Pier 4, we're expanding our portfolio of multi-family properties and seek a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role calls for a professional with a proven background in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. You will be pivotal in carrying out preventative maintenance tasks while maintaining comfortable living conditions for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain personal tools and a work vehicle

• Perform maintenance work orders promptly as assigned

• Address resident service requests within 24 hours

• Repair and renovate units and common areas effectively

• Execute minor electrical and plumbing tasks as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience

• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills

• Valid Ontario G driver's license in good standing

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• WHMIS training and knowledge of tenancy legislation an asset
