Elevate your career as an HVAC and Controls Service Technician. This full-time role offers $40-$45 per hour along with comprehensive benefits and customer-focused service delivery.
In this position, you'll maintain, service, and commission HVAC systems while ensuring customer satisfaction through timely, expert service. You will identify growth opportunities, address system issues, and foster strong client relationships—all while adhering to safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance for HVAC systems
• Diagnose and repair refrigeration and control system issues
• Provide recommendations for system optimization
• Install HVAC systems and components accurately
• Communicate effectively with clients about service work
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HVAC with 1–3 years experience
• Gas Fitter 1 Technician license or Oil Burner certification preferred
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and diagnostics
• Excellent customer service skills and communication
• Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
Deliver expert service and efficient solutions as a vital member of the HVAC team.
