Position: Full-Time Picker at Miller Waste
Become a Picker with Miller Waste Systems in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This full-time role focuses on safe collection of waste and recyclables, enhancing public health daily.

Miller Waste Systems is seeking a dedicated Picker to efficiently collect residential, commercial, and industrial waste. You will start your shifts at 6:30 am from Monday to Friday, ensuring timely and effective service along designated routes. This position requires adherence to safety protocols and excellent customer service skills in your interactions with the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow Miller Waste safety protocols and regulations

• Collect waste materials and recyclables promptly

• Maintain high productivity and customer service standards

• Comply with health and safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely

• Clean driving record and team-oriented mindset

• Flexibility with work schedule, including early starts
