Title: Senior Accountant
Salary: $80,000–$105,000
Location: Dartmouth, MA

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage core general ledger activity, journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments
- Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close
- Reconcile mortgage-related activity, including loans, commissions, fees, and related transactions
- Assist with monthly financial reporting, audit support, and resolving accounting discrepancies
- The Senior Accountant will partner with leadership on process improvements and broader accounting initiatives
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience preferred
- Mortgage lending, mortgage brokerage, banking, or related financial services experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and close processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, along with strong Excel skills
- The ideal Senior Accountant will be organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a deadline‑driven environment
