Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Dartmouth, MA. with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Mortgage Loan Officer will handle client inquiries, assist with mortgage applications, and guide clients through the loan process. Responsibilities include evaluating loan applications, underwriting loans, and fostering relationships with customers and business partners. The role also involves staying updated on lending products and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in Mortgage Lending, Mortgage Industry, and Loan Officer responsibilities
- Proficiency in Loan Underwriting and assessing financial documents
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship management
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Understanding of federal and state lending regulations
- Proficiency in mortgage-related software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- A valid Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license is required
