We are searching for a talented Patient Access Rep – Rehab

Hours: Per Diem

Shift: Day shift;
Monday – Friday

Location: Outpatient Rehab – Brain and Spine Center, Dartmouth, MA

Responsibilities

Under general supervision of the Team Leader, Rehab Operations, perform a variety of office support, coordination of various patient care processes and other related duties in accordance with established Rehabilitation Services department policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • High school graduate or GED is required.
  • Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
  • Duties require knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Proficient keyboarding skills are essential.
  • Computer experience a must.
  • Must possess strong reasoning and critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to multitask throughout the business day.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are required.
  • Over three years of related medical office work experience is required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID‑19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
  • Compensation:
    Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Pay Range

USD $17.86 - USD $28.76 /Hr.
