Job SummaryAs the Infection Preventionist (IP), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring infection control practices throughout the facility. This role plays a key part in maintaining regulatory compliance and promoting a safe environment for residents and staff.
Responsibilities- Monitor and investigate infections and outbreaks
- Maintain infection surveillance data
- Implement infection control policies
- Educate staff on prevention practices
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with clinical leadership
- Healthcare background preferred
- Skilled nursing experience preferred
- Full-Time or Part-Time
$70,000/year - $105,000
