Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment;
Deliver an exceptional pick-up and delivery experience and resolve customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionally;
Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination (where applicable);
Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems;
Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations;
Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture;
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards
