Sewing Quilter​/Cutter

We’re hiring an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator / Quilter to join a manufacturing production team. This is a hands‑on position for someone with industrial sewing or quilting machine experience who is comfortable working with heavy‑duty fabrics and materials.

• Set up and operate industrial quilting and sewing machines
• Adjust machine settings, including speed and tension
• Feed and position materials to produce accurate stitching patterns
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot basic machine or production issues
• Perform quality checks and identify defects
• Manually cut fabric and patterns using a rotary cutter
• Assist with loading fabric rolls onto production equipment
• Complete daily production and quality records
• Follow SOPs, ISO quality standards, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Previous industrial sewing machine experience preferred
• Up to 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Comfortable setting up and operating high‑speed production equipment
• Ability to read specifications, patterns, and work instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail and product quality
• Good hand and finger dexterity
• Comfortable performing repetitive production work
• Dependable and able to work as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to sit or stand for an 8‑hour shift
• Ability to lift, pull, and handle materials up to 20 lbs.
