, we provide athletes with an outstanding experience, supporting inventory accuracy, fulfillment, and operational execution to keep the store running efficiently. As a Specialist – Off Field Operations, you will ensure the store is consistently athlete‑ready.

• Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and creating a world‑class experience, providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject matter expert, focusing on best practices, selling skills, and key operational processes.
• Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete‑first mindset, ensuring products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged when, where, and how they want.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote and drive customer participation in company programs such as loyalty program, warranty sales, and private‑label credit card enrollment.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes are always welcome and treated with respect and comply with safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedure policies.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred.

Targeted Pay Range: $18.00 – $26.00. Starting rate may vary based on location, experience, and position offered. The hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
