Rent A Florida Home is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our Operations Manager and help keep our growing property management company running smoothly.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced office environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager.
- Maintain organized electronic files and company records.
- Track projects, tasks, and follow-up items.
- Assist with owner onboarding and document collection.
- Coordinate vendor compliance and insurance certificate tracking.
- Prepare reports and maintain operational records.
- Support lease renewals, compliance, and operational procedures.
- Assist with scheduling, communication, and department coordination.
- Help ensure company policies and procedures are followed consistently.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
- Administrative experience (property management experience preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with property management software is a plus.
- Professional, dependable, and customer service oriented.
Office
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
40 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) after one year of employment.
No benefits at this time.
