Location: Davenport, FL

Pay: $15 per unit during training, $20-$30 per unit once trained

We are hiring friendly, dependable, and people-focused photographers to join our growing real estate media team in the Davenport, FL area. This is a part-time role with paid training and flexible scheduling, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, traveling locally, and learning creative skills on the job.

No prior photography experience is required. Personality, professionalism, and coachability matter most!

• Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled photo appointments
• Capture interior and exterior real estate photos and media using our simple shot list
• Interact professionally with realtors and homeowners, sometimes independently
• Represent our brand with friendliness, respect, and confidence
• Upload files after each shoot, no photo editing required
• Learn additional services such as drone and video over time
• Adapt on the fly when things do not go exactly as planned

• Paid training at a fixed rate of $15 per unit
• Standard photoshoots start at $20 per unit (each unit equals 60 minutes on site)
• Drone-certified photographers earn $25 per unit
• Video work pays $30 per unit
• Additional services vary based on project scope
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.45 per mile
• Equipment provided if needed, personal gear welcome but not required

• Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
• Availability needed at least 3 days per week (Monday to Friday)
• Roughly 6 hours of availability on working days
• Business hours are between 9am – 5pm

• Coachable and open to learning new skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 45 minutes

Personality is the most important factor. Experience in photography or media is a bonus, but not required. Adaptability and problem‑solving skills matter more than technical background!

Candidates must live within approximately 30 minutes of Davenport, FL
