Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Florida Camp Inn in Davenport, FL

This range is provided by Oak Wood Property Management. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

$16.00/hr - $19.00/hr

• Oversee community-wide maintenance efforts.
• Ensure homes are ready for move-in and move-out.
• Inspect and maintain property amenities.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all maintenance work.
• Prepare cost estimates for jobs (time and materials).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Develop and recommend maintenance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of systems to determine repair, maintenance, or replacement needs.

• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in property maintenance
• Registered Driver’s License – must be able to drive to properties
• Must be able to lift heavy materials
• Must be willing to undergo a background check
• HVAC, Plumbing, and Maintenance Certifications are a plus
