Overview
Position Summary:
Manage area of responsibility by communicating goals, scheduling staff, and coordinating workload to achieve facility goals in production, quality, and safety. Ensure associates are trained on logistics and company policies, monitor compliance, and support continuous improvement.
- Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
- Implement the business plan for the area by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
- Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on policies, standards, and procedures; monitor compliance; distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation.
- Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns; consult with others to determine corrective actions or recommendations to resolve issues.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback; mentor and model policies and procedures; identify training and development needs; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation.
- Foster an inclusive environment, build high-performing teams, and create a workplace where all associates feel valued and connected.
- Act with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, modeling company values, and holding oneself and others accountable.
- Serve customers and members by delivering results with a customer-first mindset and applying company business models to plans.

- Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year of supervisory experience, OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field, OR 1 year of Walmart Logistics Management experience, OR 2 years of Walmart Logistics experience, OR 2 years of supervisory experience. - Associates must attend and complete required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 – $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. For certain positions, additional compensation may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and stock.
