Full time – Day shift (United States of America)

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor responses, provide education, collaborate with the healthcare team, document care, ensure compliance, participate in quality improvement, supervise nursing staff, maintain a safe environment, and respond to emergencies in a critical care setting.

• Critical care knowledge and experience in a specialty area
• Excellent organization and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic computer skills using Microsoft Windows programs
• Proficient English communication, both verbal and written
• Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking ability
• Prioritization and organizational skills
• Calm, courteous approach with patients, visitors, and team members
• Mature judgment and confidentiality handling
• Compassion, integrity, respect, sense of humor, discretion
• Team‑player mindset within a unit
• High level of abstract reasoning for assessment and care plan revision
• Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• Leadership, direction, and complex problem resolution
• Accurate electronic medical record documentation
• Clinical skills, multitasking, and professional bedside manner
• Health promotion and maintenance knowledge
• EKG knowledge (as applicable)
• Preferred experience with Cerner, EKG Interpretation Class, and EPIC

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
• Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Preferred certifications: AWHONN, FCCS, BEKG, CCNS, CEN, NRP‑A, PALS‑INSTR, S.T.A.B.L.E., TNCC
