Davenport Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team.

Davenport Ambulatory Surgery Center provides:

Required Skills:

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

* Current Florida Nursing License

* Current CPR/BLS, ACLS, and PALS

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred

* CNOR preferred

* Strong operating room nurse experience required

* Ability to recognize, evaluate, solve problems, and correct errors.

* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, staff, physicians, vendors, and the public.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, openness, receptivity to change, creativity, and innovation.

* Ability to adapt to change quickly, strong knowledge base relative to surgical procedures

* Perform excellent management of the operative patient

* Understands principles of aseptic technique with implementation

* Ability to care for patients from pediatric to geriatrics

* Excellent standing with the Florida Board of Nursing

* Willingness to perform necessary downtime work

* Willingness to learn new tasks
