Private Duty Nurse LPN – Trach​/Vent Toddler

Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct patient care to pediatric patients, including those with trach/vent needs.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state; compact licenses require transfer within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component.
• TB test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Preferred but not mandatory: six months of hands‑on nursing experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible scheduling options, including full‑time, part‑time, or PRN shifts, with day, night, and weekend availability.
