C. Penney - - Responsibilities:
Greets and assists customers in finding products and delivering outstanding customer service;
Monitors the Enterprise Fulfillment systems application, picks merchandise orders, and acknowledges completion in the system;
Packs orders in accordance with packaging requirements and timelines; completes Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities;
Researches order shortages/overages and completes shipment check-in; assists with organization and maintenance of stock area; processes order deliver and return transactions on the register;
Partners with Merchandise Associates/Assistants to replenish store and participate in annual inventory process
