Friday through Sunday between 3 pm and close. Sorts, displays, removes and replenishes fresh fruits and vegetables in the produce department. Maintains overall environment, provides assistance to members, and ensures all produce meets or exceeds company quality standards.

• Carry out assigned job functions and responsibilities; support application of club policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and coworkers.
• Move with speed and agility, innovate and adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude.
• Deliver service excellence through all points of contact.
• Resolve and de‑escalate member concerns; uphold GOLD member standards.
• Work as a team to deliver GOLD standards daily, including proper stocking, signage, and cleanliness.
• Understand production and financial performance reports for the department.
• Assist Fresh Manager with inventory and order processing.
• Clean and sanitize produce equipment and display fixtures.
• Generate signage and perform price checks; ensure accurate pricing.
• Maintain club policies and procedures, perform other duties as assigned, and maintain predictable full attendance.

• Work experience in a produce department preferred.
• Knowledge of fruit and vegetables preferred, including seasonal items.
• At least 18 years of age.

• Frequent movement on hard surfaces; frequently lifting up to 30 lbs, sometimes greater with assistance.
• Continuous exposure to temperature extremes from freezers, ovens, and coolers in a comfortable indoor environment.

Good faith estimate: starting from $16.25 per hour.
