Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts, updating merchandise locations, and operating equipment. The Omni Experience Ambassador will work within all digital initiatives, including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.

• Work with commitment and pride to deliver GOLD standards daily.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment inside the OMNI Space.
• Consume bin storage to organize members' orders based on gold standards.
• Keep storage bins regularly cleaned and maintained based on safety standards.

• Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department.

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area.
• Communicate problems with inventory and/or equipment and communicate expired or short‑dated items included on pick list.
• Notify the club team when merchandise needs to be replenished.
• Work with the team to have merchandise pulled from reserve area when possible to avoid sales floor replenishment.
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet all productivity requirements.
• Act with a high level of urgency to meet deadlines and key performance indicators.
• Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards with adherence to established SOP for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Takes responsibility for individual performance and works with club leadership when metrics are not met.
