• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend custom window treatments for every space.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow‑ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.

• Natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make confident decisions.

• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day.

Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast‑paced client‑facing roles. No prior design experience required – full training provided.

• Uncapped commission – average earnings $70K–$100K+, with top performers exceeding that.
