• Complete resident service requests efficiently while delivering excellent customer service
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry issues
• Perform HVAC diagnostics and repairs while maintaining EPA compliance
• Complete apartment turns to ensure homes are ready for new residents
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and community equipment
• Assist in maintaining the appearance and functionality of common areas and amenities
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for after-hours maintenance emergencies
• Maintain accurate work order documentation and communicate repair updates as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance and management teams to keep the community operating at a high standard

• Service requests are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Apartment homes are delivered move-in ready
• Residents receive responsive, professional service
• The community remains clean, safe, and well maintained

• EPA Certification required
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical systems
  • Appliance repair
  • Carpentry
  • General building maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in indoor and outdoor environments
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
