• Oversee daily accounting operations for multiple client entities and ensure each maintains accurate, up-to-date financial records
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, generate invoices, and process payments across a multi-entity client base
• Reconcile multiple bank and credit card accounts, resolving discrepancies efficiently
• Maintain general ledgers and process entries, including intercompany transactions and eliminations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, and help prepare consolidated financials for multi-entity clients
• Support our CPAs during audits and tax preparation, providing detailed client documentation and insightful reporting
• Communicate directly with clients to clarify transactions and ensure all financial records are complete
• Use next-generation technology (Quick Books Online Advanced, Xero, Sage Intacct, etc.) to streamline workflow and deliver exceptional client service
• Uphold rigorous internal controls and compliance standards
