Accountant, Financial Reporting, Senior Accountant

We're seeking an experienced Accountant to support financial operations and reporting activities for a growing organization. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, supporting month-end and year-end processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

This is a fully onsite position. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Only candidates currently located in or willing to commute to the Quad Cities area will be considered.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to support business decisions
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal controls
• Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
