Scheduling Coordinator – Elmore Place

Great resident care starts with having the right people in the right place at the right time. We're looking for an organized, proactive Scheduling Coordinator who understands senior living and can keep our Health Services team connected, supported, and set up for success.

In this role, you'll be at the center of staffing for our care team—building schedules, managing call-offs and coverage, communicating with associates, and partnering with leaders to ensure every shift has the support needed to provide exceptional care.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain care team schedules
• Coordinate call-offs, open shifts, shift changes, and replacement coverage
• Communicate with associates and leaders about staffing needs
• Track attendance, availability, time-off requests, and schedule changes
• Help monitor overtime, agency use, and staffing trends
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and new-hire scheduling
• Participate in the on-call rotation for scheduling needs
• Step in as a Care Partner when needed to support our residents and team

What Makes You Top in Class:

• Previous Care Partner/Aide experience in senior living is required
• Experience supporting residents living with dementia is strongly preferred
• CNA certification is preferred, but not required
• You're highly organized and able to pivot when staffing needs change
• You communicate with professionalism, compassion, and confidence
• You take ownership, follow through, and are a natural problem-solver
• You're comfortable with technology and scheduling systems
• Most importantly, you care about seniors and understand what it takes to support a great care team
