Administrative Assistant, PCT

• Provide administrative support in hospital and outpatient settings
• Complete change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices, and purchase orders accurately and on time
• Assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families
• At times operate as a Patient Care Technician
• Support patients and families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease

• Must be willing to train as a Patient Care Technician
• Comfortable with blood and needles
• Personable individual with excellent computer and clerical skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Typing speed of 60 WPM
• High school diploma or GED
• CMS-approved Patient Care Technician (PCT) certification
• At times operates as a Patient Care Technician (PCT)
