Renewal is a fast-paced, restoration dry cleaner in North Jersey. Our unique company helps thousands of families recover from the devastating effects of catastrophes such as fire, water, and mold damage. We aid homeowners during these traumatic experiences by picking up, deodorizing, cleaning, and returning all of their soft good items and electronics

• Geographical knowledge – Willingness to travel throughout the tri-state area
• Must enjoy travel. (This position requires lots of face time with prospect/client base and occasional overnight stays for national and regional conferences) or company marketing events that we host
• Clean Driving Record and Valid License Required
• Must be a legal US Citizen

• Responding to losses in the company vehicle: You will be the first person from the company homeowners meet. Successful project managers will not take this responsibility lightly and will represent the company the correct way.
• Meeting with homeowners, adjusters, and/or cleaning companies and explaining company services: Our project managers are also cleaning experts. They have received training on our different cleaning procedures and can confidently answer any questions.
• Overseeing job site – Picking up and packing out affected textiles and electronics: When we take possession of homeowners’ items we treat them as if they are our own.
• Assist with the coaching and mentoring of junior project managers and field technicians: Part of the renewal way & culture is passing on our knowledge to the next generation. Senior Project Managers play a vital role in the mentorship of the next team of renewal experts
• Account Management: We get our work from different sources. Project managers at Renewal make sure these relationships stay healthy by providing project updates and overseeing the project to completion. You are a critical liaison between the Renewal renewal, the homeowners, and our referrers.
• Relationship Building: Generate new business opportunities through networking. There are many opportunities in the field and if you join our team you will have the chance to help take advantage of these opportunities. Bonus and uncapped commission opportunities are available immediately!

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 10 Hour Shift, Monday-Fridays, Alternating Saturdays

Salary: $22-$25 per hour
