Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Are you a proactive construction leader with a track record of delivering successful projects? We’re seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee a variety of civil and commercial construction projects across the Quad Cities. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage job sites, budgets, and project teams from pre-construction through closeout—while building lasting client relationships and driving project profitability.

You’ll collaborate with experienced field leaders, clients, and subcontractors to plan, execute, and complete projects that exceed expectations for quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Manage full project lifecycle—scope, schedule, budget, procurement, and delivery
• Lead internal pre-construction meetings to align field operations, budget, and timelines
• Proactively solve job site challenges related to cost, quality, and safety
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and material staging to ensure smooth execution
• Prepare and manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Monitor job costs and drive profitability while maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards

• 1+ years of experience in construction project management, coordination, or supervision
• Strong understanding of civil infrastructure and/or commercial construction practices
• Proficiency in construction management tools (estimating, scheduling, project tracking)
• High school diploma or GED required

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• CAD experience and familiarity with industry software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, HCSS)
• Prior work with both private and public sector projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
