We're seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing field crews and subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
This is a fully onsite position. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Only candidates currently located in or willing to commute to the Quad Cities area will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction activities and job site operations
- Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and scheduling
- Lead site meetings and resolve field challenges proactively
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Maintain strong communication with clients and project teams
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of construction supervision or site management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
