We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team and help us continue delivering outstanding service in our new, cutting-edge facility.
Position OverviewAs a Service Advisor at Lexus of Quad Cities, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and premium experience for our guests. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting our service department, guiding them through the service process while building trust and long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Serving as the liaison between customers and the service department
- Greeting customers and accurately documenting vehicle concerns
- Explaining recommended services, timelines, and costs clearly and professionally
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from vehicle check-in to delivery
- Weekly pay with high income potential
