Company Description

Based in Iowa, we serve businesses, schools, and organizations nationwide with services such as screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, online stores, and on-site printing.

Our customer-first approach ensures a seamless experience from design to delivery, allowing clients to focus on what matters most to them.

Role Description

This is a full-time, in-office customer service role.

You Will
  • Answer phones and manage call-in orders
  • Input orders from the sales team
  • Track jobs from intake through completion
  • Coordinate with sales, art, and production teams

This is not a sales closing role.

This is not a production role.

This is a communication, coordination, and customer experience role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
  • Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails promptly
  • Collect and confirm accurate order details (sizes, quantities, deadlines, artwork status)
  • Enter orders into Printavo or CRM system
  • Input sales-generated orders accurately and completely
  • Provide customers with order updates
  • Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Track customer notes and documentation in CRM
  • Ensure deposits, approvals, and required information are secured before production
  • Help manage jobs from initial contact through final pickup
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of customer service, administrative, or front desk experience preferred
  • Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using CRM systems or order entry software
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Experience in screen printing, embroidery, or custom apparel is a plus but not required.
