Responsible for new member sales and a positive member experience.

• Greet or meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle all front desk related tasks, including info calls, checking members in, signing up new members, taking potential members on tours, and making any changes to a member’s account.
• Facilitate member service issues and questions and forward them to the Club Manager or Assistant Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.

• 1 hour (minimum) deep cleaning
• 1 hour (minimum) continued training

• Customer Service: communicates and interacts with customers, including coworkers and the public, in a way that exceeds their wants and needs.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift.
• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time.
