Job Description – Estate Team/Move Team Member
Being a Care Team Member for the Caring Transitions of the Quad Cities Franchise, you will assist in, but are not limited to, sorting & organizing, packing/unpacking, trash removal, donation delivery, online auctions (creating sale lots, taking pictures, researching and writing descriptions), and various other duties specific to the job/client. This is a part‑time/as needed position; jobs are based on client needs.
Members must be available to travel within the Quad Cities area.

Job DescriptionThe Team Member position is responsible for providing world‑class customer service to clients while working closely with Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates directly under the direction of the Manager‑On‑Duty and has direct interactions with clients and members of the public at‑large.
Roles and Responsibilities- Greets clients with a smile, receives orders, processes payments and responds appropriately to customer issues
- Operates cash register or point of sale devices as needed
- Maintains prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
- Communicates positively with clients, peers and Managers
- Provides exceptional customer service while safely moving, packing/unpacking, and staging/resettling client household items
- Performs other duties as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Experience in general labor or warehouse helpful
- Good hand‑eye coordination
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to interact productively with co‑workers and function well in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Frequent walking and/or standing
- Stamina to lift heavy items repeatedly if necessary
