• Welcome customers and provide exceptional service
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately
• Open new accounts and help customers find the right banking solutions
• Build relationships and connect customers with products and services that fit their needs
• Answer questions, solve problems, and support branch operations
• Balance your cash drawer and assist with vault balancing
• Support teammates and help create a positive branch culture
• Follow security procedures and maintain customer confidentiality

Fluent in both English and Spanish? Universal Bankers who successfully demonstrate bilingual proficiency receive an additional $0.50 per hour. The Bank values the ability to serve customers in multiple languages and recognizes the important role bilingual employees play in creating an exceptional customer experience.

• High School Diploma or recognized equivalent required
• 1+ years of customer service experience required
• Experience in retail sales preferred
• Experience in a professional financial environment preferred
• Cash handling and transactional experience preferred
